Attempted to write a custom book. Got stuck 'writing'. Pressed ESC and the book disappeared. Tried relogging, got stuck in loading screen.

1. Write in book.
2. Scribe, get stuck at 100%
3. Press ESC, book disappears from inventory
4. Relog, get stuck in loading screen

Should be noted that papers also get stuck at 100%, but were fine when I pressed ESC, which was why I tried it with a book.
