Description:

Mentoring in mining does not work. When mentoring someone in mining, the message does not appear for "watching intently" and the prompt to learn the skill never appears. On further testing, mentoring seemed to actually only actually appear when an item was obtained.

Reproduction steps:

1. Mentor a character in mining

2. Use the mining action, but fail.

3. Observe student screen for messages or a learn prompt

Notes:
Only was able to test with one mentor character. Was not able to teach any alt characters, or other player's characters. I observed no messages, and they said the same when they were students.

Tested with another player who was actually able to mine items. They managed to get mentoring to work but only when items were found.
