Description of Bug: Highlighting and Copying (Ctrl+V) the Contents of Papers was not functioning for either Quarrel nor Iron Tooth earlier this morning. Oddly enough, Copying (Ctrl+V) did function on the Title of Papers.

The [C]haracter Sheet would open behind the Paper when attempting to Copy (Ctrl+V). However, even unbinding [C], which stopped the Character Sheet from opening, did not result in the contents being Copied into the Clipboard for later pasting.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Highlight (any) Body Text of Paper
2.  Copy (Ctrl+V)
3.  Pasting (Shift+V) fails to paste copied text either in-game or out, and instead pastes the formerly last item in the computer's Clipboard
