Description of Bug: My cups of ink are now full! However, I cannot pick them up or move them out of my bags. Also, I used to have four inkwells locked inside my burrow, but they are all missing now (right clicking the tile they're supposed to be on acts as though they don't exist). I haven't checked known inkwells outside my burrow. I checked on known public inkwells; I can only see empty ones. At least one is missing from the Commerce Guild (I do see an empty one in there, but I remember more)

I also checked in with a few more players. They also cannot 'get' cups of ink (located on a different table than mine), or remove my ink from my bag
Reproduction Steps:

1.  See cup of ink on table (it examines as 'full to the brim')
2.  Try to click 'get'
3.  Nothing happens

Alternatively

1. See cup of ink in bag (it also examines as 'full to the brim')
2. Drag outside of bag
3. Nothing happens
