Description of Bug: Despite tin plates having a look description that implies they're for serving food, attempting to plate a meal when you only have a tin plate in your inventory acts as though you do not have any plates. The same meal (it was a wrap, if that matters) could be plated on a wood plate.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Have a meal that has finished cooking and must be plated
2.  Pick it up while also holding a tin plate but no wooden plates
3.  Attempt to plate meal
4. Receive message 'You don't have enough plates'
