The description of the bug is basically the title. All arrows (or at least good, great and excellent stone ones) are considered broken when you look at them.

Steps to reproduce: Look at arrows/arrowheads and they say they're broken

This also applies to arrowheads (have some tin arrowheads in my inventory)
