Description of Bug: I think lore books cannot be scrounged (though their spots can be revealed) and cannot crit fail; they only go away when the node expires. Rust previously mentioned a similar book spot that didn't go away, and I also saw the same spot, but I never thought to point at it while it was active so I don't know whether it was also a lore book spot. I've successfully scrounged a few skill books recently, and have not heard anyone mention successfully finding a lore book in the library (but it's possible I just didn't talk to someone who did).

Since I saw other players in the library during my most recent book search, I pointed them toward the latest node I found, which told me that my node was a lore book spot, and their in character messages implied to me that their attempts to scrounge it also neither produced a book nor a crit fail. This second node lasted from approximately September 11-26.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  See a lore book node in the library (or have someone point it to you)
2.  Click scrounge as much as your mind allows
3.  Get many 'Nothing.'

I have found another lore book spot that behaves in the same way as the previous two. This one and my last one were in the disguise/impersonation aisle; the one Rust confirmed is a lore book spot was near the magic books.
