Description of Bug: Getting to 0 hp by thirst damage does not knock your character unconscious. I can walk around and speak as normal. Might apply to hunger damage as well?
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Reduce thirst to 0
2.  Start taking thirst damage until you're at 0 hp
3.  Nothing happens
