Harris' journey of finding Silvanus as his current patron is still one of my favorite character developments for him.
It started as a bit of earnestness and desperation, starving, freezing, being bullied by bandits, and generally lots of confusing scary things going on in the background he feels powerless to help with - he thought learning to appreciate winter could help him survive and endure it.
Then he finally hits a breaking point where he's you know what, no, I didn't deserve this. (Albeit still a little 'nobody deserves this')
He's still a doormat, but hit the wrong fold and he'll try and trip you up a bit.
His approach to 'revenge' so to speak was always going to be something more passive, physical violence is something he struggles to stomach. But the whole idea of 'I'm doing this to get back at you, even if it's hurting myself more than it affects you'. Is just the kind of spitefulness that feels very Silvanic to me. He wants them to regret it, but if it's just him sticking to his principals, something he's doing for himself, then so be it.
Though as his daily boyfailure struggles become less extreme, I do think an eventual patron switch might be in the cards for him.
I've done a bit of writing on how he relates to different members of the pantheon in the past. I think Velyra or Cerridwen are the most likely candidates.
Cerridwen with a heavy emphasis on Friendship, or Velyra for cooking and hospitality (he does frequently go out of his way trying to be welcoming to newcomers).
